# Manage or cancel your subscription

Lemon Squeezy handles billing for Cerevisor. Their customer portal is where you cancel, change your card or see past payments. It takes about a minute.

## How to cancel

- Open the customer portal and enter the email address you used to buy Cerevisor.
- Lemon Squeezy emails you a sign-in link. Open it.
- Next to your Cerevisor subscription, choose to cancel it and confirm.

## What happens when you cancel

- You are not charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Then Cerevisor moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: every workflow and world stays saved, editable and exportable on your computer, and 2 of them stay active on Free.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume the subscription in the same portal.

## Also in the portal

- Change or remove your payment card.
- See your billing history.
- Request a refund in the 14-day money-back window on your first purchase.

## Cannot get in?

- Use the email address on your Lemon Squeezy receipt for Cerevisor. Search your inbox for "Lemon Squeezy" if you are not sure which address that was.
- On the Free plan or the trial, there is nothing to cancel. You are only charged if you subscribe.
- Lemon Squeezy support answers billing questions around the clock, from the receipt email or the portal.
