Skills are reusable focused capabilities. This area covers how they work, where they live, how to use them, and how to make new ones.
A skill is a small, focused package that teaches Cerevisor how to do one thing well, produce a Word document, run recency-aware web research, publish a blog post, generate a video. Read these in order if you've never used a skill before. What are skills? : the concept, the file format, where they live on disk.
