Privacy Policy
Cerevisor runs on your machine and keeps your usage data there. This page says what the desktop app and this website do with your data.
Core Principles
- Data minimization: usage data is recorded locally and never sent to Cerevisor
- Purpose limitation: your prompts and files go only to the providers and tools you connect
- You stay in control: workflows, memory, and run history live in your home folder
- Auditability: every run writes an append-only record on your machine
This Website
How we handle your data on this site:
- Your choice comes first
- Nothing optional runs until you choose in the privacy banner. Our page statistics and Google Analytics both stay off until you switch them on, and you can change your mind at any time with "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no and do not ask.
- Page statistics (ours)
- If you allow them, we record how far you scroll on each page, which section you were reading when you left, which page you opened next, and where you click: links by where they go, buttons by their label, and never anything you type. No cookies, nothing that recognises you on a later visit, and no IP address is stored. The data stays with us and is deleted after 13 months.
- Google Analytics
- If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and to see where visitors come from, such as a search engine or LinkedIn. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Website Personalization
- When you enter your website URL, we analyze publicly available information to personalize your experience. This data is stored temporarily and associated with your session.
- Contact Forms
- Information you submit through contact or booking forms is used only to respond to your inquiry and is stored securely.
- Fonts and essential storage
- Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to work: your privacy choice, your sign-in if you have an account, and the personalization for the current tab. None of it is used to track you.
Regulated Environments
If you work under GDPR, HIPAA, or similar rules, run sensitive steps on local models so the data stays on your machine, require approval before every action, and keep the run record as evidence of what each agent did.
Cerevisor gives you the controls; your legal team decides how to apply them.
