Professional services for teams running Cerevisor

Cerevisor is the product. When a team wants hands-on help getting agent workflows into production, the people who build the harness offer three fixed-scope services alongside it. Limited capacity, no retainers, and nothing here is required to use Cerevisor.

AI workflow services built around your control

The harness comes first
Every service exists to get you running Cerevisor on your own. If a workshop or a review is not needed, we say so. There is no sales funnel behind this page.
You own every deliverable
Workflows, agent definitions, scripts, and notes are handed over as plain .cerevisor files in your own repository. Nothing lives on our side after the work is done.
Your data stays on your machines
Work happens inside your Cerevisor install with your provider keys. We never take a copy of your data, your prompts, or your run logs.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Each service is scoped in writing before it starts, with a fixed price and a defined end. No hourly billing and no open-ended retainers.

AI workflow consulting, workshops and enterprise enablement

One-time consultancy: Workflow Review

Half day, remote, one session

We sit with your team, walk through the work you want agents to do, and map it onto Cerevisor: which steps become agents, where approvals belong, what gets logged, and which provider fits each node. You leave with one workflow wired up and running on your machine.

Who it is for: A team that already runs agents or scripts and wants a second pair of eyes before committing them to Cerevisor.

What you keep

  • Written review of your current agent setup and the failure modes we found
  • One production-shaped workflow built live on the canvas, checked into your repo
  • Approval and audit points marked for each step, with the reasoning
  • Provider and cost notes per node, based on your actual token usage
  • Recording and notes your team keeps

Workshops: Team Workshop

Two days, remote or on site

Hands-on, not slides. Each participant builds and runs real workflows on their own Cerevisor install during the workshop: composing agents, allocating skills, wiring MCP tools, setting approval gates, and reading the audit log when a run goes wrong. Day two, when booked, turns one of your real processes into a workflow the team owns.

Who it is for: A team of three to twelve people who will build and run their own workflows and want to skip the trial-and-error phase.

What you keep

  • Every participant leaves with working workflows on their own machine
  • A shared set of agent and skill definitions your team keeps building on
  • Your approval and audit conventions written down as a one-page team standard
  • Exercises and reference material for people who join later
  • A written list of what to build next, in priority order

Enterprise enablement: Enterprise Enablement

Four to eight weeks, scoped per organization

Rollout support for larger organizations. We help you decide which providers and local models each team may use, stand up the shared MCP servers and skill libraries, design approval flows that match your sign-off rules, and set an audit review practice so replayable runs actually get reviewed. Your teams do the building. We make sure the foundations hold.

Who it is for: An organization rolling Cerevisor out to several teams that needs provider policy, shared tooling, and audit practice agreed before it scales.

What you keep

  • Provider and model policy per team, including local-model options for sensitive work
  • Shared MCP server and skill library set up in your environment
  • Approval flow design matched to your existing sign-off rules
  • Audit review practice: who reads which runs, how often, and what triggers a change
  • Onboarding for each team in scope, plus a priority support window during rollout

How AI workflow consulting works

  1. Step 1: Scope an AI workflow. A free 20-minute call to confirm the service fits. You get a written scope, a fixed price, and dates. If Cerevisor alone covers your need, we tell you that instead.
  2. Step 2: Build and test with your team. The work runs inside your Cerevisor install, on your machines, with your provider keys. Your team builds alongside us so the knowledge stays with you.
  3. Step 3: Hand over workflows and run records. Files, notes, and recordings go into your repository. The service ends on the agreed date. Ongoing help is the product's documentation, releases, and support, not a retainer.

A good fit, and not

Worth a conversation when

  • You already run Cerevisor or have decided to, and want to get to production faster
  • You have real processes with real data, not a hypothetical use case
  • Your team will do the building and wants to own the result

Start with the product instead when

  • You want someone else to run AI for you long term
  • You are evaluating whether to use agents at all (start with the free tier and the docs)
  • You need a general AI strategy program unrelated to running workflows

Download Cerevisor or read the docs.
